Difficult to put on and take off

I was drawn to the dress because of the abstract pattern, which is very beautiful. However, I found that the dress is very difficult to get in and out of. I ordered a size 4 and my measurements are 34 bust, 28 waist and 37 hip. In my opinion, the dress is not made properly. There was extra material under my armpits and throughout my upper -mid back, but was tight across my shoulders, making the dress very difficult to put on and take off.
