Wrong size and wrong pants

I was sent the wrong pants that do not match the vest I bought that is a matching part of a suit. The pants that were sent that were competing a different pattern than the vest are the wrong size and have snags up and down the leg. The tags were also removed from the pants and the tags shoved in the package are not for these pants.

rare LRL miss

When I removed the glen plaid cropped pants from the package my first reaction was that the material was a wonderful light weight and the plaid was very attractive (despite the orange contrast color that looked pink on my computer). Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. They may be cropped on a 5'10" model, but on my 5'4" frame they went to the ground. The pants are unlined and the material is exceptionally itchy. Overall they were extra large all over. Typically a wide leg pant looks best when the hips are at least semi-fitted, but the wide nature of these pants starts right at the waist creating an unflattering silhouette. These pants were a rare miss for LRL.
