LONG JEANS

Jeans are too flimsy- I like the thicker material and the legs super long- I’m 5’4 and would have to cut at least 3 inches

I Wanted to Love these!

Lauren Ralph Lauren is one of my very favorite brands, as my LRL-heavy closet can testify. Ordered these in both a 2 and a 4 because I have a very long rise and wasn’t sure which would best provide that fit requirement. I would have kept the size 2, but returned both pairs instead. Why did I return these gorgeous jeans? Because the button fly on both - especially the size 2 - was incredibly tight and so hard to both unbutton and to button once undone. I literally worked with the size 2 (while not wearing them) for a good 45 minutes, trying to loosen the button holes enough to be wearable. But I realized that if I ever needed to get out of the pants quickly, I probably couldn’t - the buttonholes truly were that tightly sewn. It wasn’t that the pants themselves were too small, but the buttonholes were sewn almost shut. I regret that these beautiful jeans which made me look so long and lean and elegant had this manufacturing flaw. I returned them with regret.

cute jeans

Cute jeans fit perfectly. More bell bottomed/ wide leg than I thought but I love them. Great on the butt and I’m excited to wear them
