Loved the shoe but poorly made

The shoes are comfortable and look great however when I went to put them away I noticed that the area around the sole was not even and bubbly and the weaving on sides was already coming apart. I wore them 2 days for approximately 4 hours each day. I am bringing them back to see if only my pair was defective because I love them.

Hard to walk

The design is beautiful but it is not easy to walk some distance since there is not enough support between the toes and ankle to lift the entire shoe weight when you walk.

Terrible shipping service.

The sandal is so Beautiful and an amazing quality, but the shipping was terrible. They ship this high quality shoe is a bag, this sandal was a gift and the box was destroyed in the shipping in what mind you send a shoe box in a bag , Macys do this many times I don’t understand this terrible service, this is not the first time. I will not continue buying shoes from Macys.
