A little heavy for spring/summer wear...

I purchased this jacket in the size small. The sleeves were too long for me, and it was a bit too heavy to wear in the spring/summer, so I decided to return. I took the jacket to a Macy's store, and the person who processed my return didn't do it correctly, so I ended up with merchandise credit that was mailed to me? For the SALE PRICE of the jacket? Not what I paid?! I had to call and work with customer service to get my full refund. I had my receipt, and my email order confirmation in hand when I made the return. I was within the 30 day return period when I went to the store, so there shouldn't have been any problems. Unfortunately, I walked away not looking closely at the receipt that was given to me...I will never do that again! I also was not TOLD by the sales associate that I was receiving a reduced amount, nor was I told it would be in merchandise credit! Be really careful if you are returning in store! Makes me think twice about ordering from Macy's again.

Love Jacket

I was pleasantly surprised that it fit perfect and it’s very pretty. I’ve not worn it yet due to the weather, but I certainly will. I would totally recommend this jacket.
