Well made coat, but arms are tight

The coat feels substantial and well made. The only issue I have is the arms are tight when wearing a sweater underneath.

Pretty nice coat

I like that the coat has a some shape and that it has a hood. I am disappointed that the snaps on the sleeve embellishment don't stay closed, so the straps flap open. I will have to sew them closed.

Beautiful coat but size down!

This is a very flattering coat. I ordered my normal size 14 first but it seemed big so I ordered the size 12. The size 12 is perfect! The arm length is good for my 5'9" frame. FYI, I am 155lbs, 36DDD. And Kudos for Macy's for such a fast delivery! I still had the size 14 here so I could compare but I didn't need to, as soon as I put on the smaller size I knew it was mine!
