Beautiful but runs small

Great quality but it runs small. Nice thick material. Very well made.

Neck opening to small

Cute sweater, love that it is cotton. However, the neck opening is too small. Measures 20” at best. VERY difficult to get off and on. Continued use will likely break stitches at neck opening.

Customer Service

I ordered this sweater in plenty of time for a Christmas gift. When I went to wrap the sweater, I realized it was shipped with the security ink tag still on it. Called customer service. Needed this gift by the weekend. They couldn't replace the sweater in time nor offered any other options except for me to drive over two hours and have the tag removed. Very disappointed in their customer service when it was the stores mistake.

very cropped sweater

Wanted to love this but the sweater is way too short if you’re long-waisted. Mine was packaged as if it was new, but noticed a grease spot on the side of the sweater. Disappointed in RL’s quality and fit for the price.
