Used product

I ordered these shoes for my wife. They are beautiful but unfortunately I received an used pair of shoes. The shoes had black scuff marks, shoe laces had black and brown spots and the inside of the shoe was brown. All stickers were taken off. As soon as I receive them I had to call customer service to request a return. This is the second time macys has done this. I will not be ordering shoes from them anymore.
