Do not recommend

The shoes make a squeaky sound when I walk. They are cute but very uncomfortable. Will never buy this shoes again. I got a blister on the back of my heel.

Buyer beware

These do NOT run small, they run true to size. I read reviews and ordered up a half size, only to have to return them at the store. This is where the problems started. They did return, ordered new size, but when I got home (40 minutes later), saw they ordered wrong color! So I called customer service, and explained. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do to correct the order, that I had to wait until I received the wrong color and return them to the store. They did say I could go ahead and order another pair in the correct color, and pay AGAIN. Then…..they tried to charge me more than my original purchase made!!! Macys…where has your customer service gone! This is why you are losing customers! Please heed this review and get your stuff together. The customer should not have to jump through hoops like this for your mistake at the store. On a positive note…the shoes are very nice.
