Rubs my heel

I cannot wear these because the left shoe is sewn poorly and rubs on my heel causing raw skin. I didn't wear these until the fall and have missed my return window!

Low Profile, not a good fit for me

This shoe has a low profile on the inside. It did not work for me. I have balance issues and was hoping I could use my inserts unfortunately I’m not able to. I returned the shoe.
