Very Dissatisfied Customer

I ordered the item online and when I received the item the shoe box was one size and the size in the box was a completely different size. When contacting Customer Service the Agent was not helpful and did not listen to anything I said and issued a gift card without my consent. I requested to speak to a Supervisor and told the issue would be resolved in 2 days. The Supervisor never returned the phone call as promised and I had to call back into Customer service and start the process from the beginning. I’m being treated as it was my fault when there would be no problem if the correct size was mailed prior to shipping. I’m now inconvenienced for a mistake and still have not been refunded for purchase.

Runs small

Very nice and comfortable for a narrow foot. The heel is perfect height. I usually wear 6.5, but it came out that 7 fits better. The pale pink color is very gentle. Elegant and beautiful!

Very comfortable, well fitting, beautiful shoes. I actually bought a second pair in a different color because I liked them so much. They look amazing and can be worn with a nice pair of jeans or a formal gown.

Beautiful, but …..

These are beautiful shoes. Unfortunately, they have a shine on the toes. Cannot return because there are no replacements and I really like the shoes. Will take to cobbler.

Comfortable

I bought a pair in a different color. These shoes are very comfortable. I can wear them all day at work and not feel any discomfort at all. As if I’m not wearing heels. Worth the price.
