Not comfy shoes

They run short. I'm a 5.5 and the shoe fit but so tight I couldn't walk. They weren't comfy shoes at all.

True navy blue

I was excited about the shoe because of the color a true navy blue. I read the reviews, saying they run small and you should go up a size. I ordered a size larger and they were too big. Also the pair I ordered one heel was higher than the other, needless to say I returned them.

Office Attire

I love these heels. They are beautiful and surprising comfortable. I ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. I would say they run a little narrow at my toes, but I still feel like I could stand in them for hours.

LRL Lanette Pump

Absolutely beautiful classic style pump. I ordered the navy blue croc. I normally wear a size 6.5. Had to size up to a 7M because the toe point is very narrow.

Mis Mate

I ordered these Ralph Lauren pumps, and I could not wait to get them, once I received them to my amazement they sent me a 3inch and a half inch shoe clearly no one checked the inside before shipping otherwise they would have realized there were two different shoe's. So needless to say that I was not happy, anyway I called customer service agent was very understanding and took care of my problem and ordered them from a store instead of the wear house. Also expedited my order. Which made me very happy. But what a mess for inventory
