Great shoe...horrible delivery!

The shoes are great! Comfortable and great quality. The manner in which they arrived was unacceptable. Thrown in a shipping box with no care or tissue of any kind wrapped around the shoes. Not even in a shoe box within the shipping box! They were a bit scuffed on arrival and for a high priced Ralph Lauren shoe they should have never been sent out like that!
