Very narrow
first time writing a review. I felt I had to. These shoes are so narrow they become uncomfortable. I normally buy M with. These squeeze your feet to the unbearable.
Not as it looks
Nice shoe but this is a patent leather shoe. Nowhere in the description does it say patent leather. Even customer service didn't think that it was patent leather and reordered it. It's still patent leather.

I wanted leather
Like the previous reviewer said, the shoe is a patent leather not really what I was expecting. Not sure I’ll keep them . My favorite Ralph Lauren shoe is Whitney. They should make it a signature shoe. Perfect fit, heel height a bit wider than the kitten heel but not a block heel I would recommend these shoes if you’re looking for patent leather

Not what I expected
The shoe itself is quite comfortable and fits well, but unfortunately, the item I received doesn’t match the description. The listing states “leather upper,” but I received a patent leather version instead. Disappointed with the inaccuracy—I’ll be returning it.
