Shipped two left feet in two different styles

I received in the mail my online order for this pair of shoes as two left feet with two different style shoes. I had to take shoes back to store and barely got an apology from the manager, mostly as this can happen. I didn't get any discount for my inconvenience to get a new pair from the store. Brought the new pair home and tried them on the shoe was so stretched out that it slips off the ankle constantly. So I ultimately just returned the shoes from a full refund.

Soft leather texture and color is very nice

So glad l took a chance with these the color palette neutral is beautiful so comfort to me nice l got a size up no regrets, therefore I purchased a black pair leather is soft textured, I certainly recommend.

Uncomfortable

Shoe was fine but after wearing it for 3 hours it started to burn not at the toe area but across where the material meets my skin. I have slim feet.

Comfortable shoes but heel tap flimsy.

I bought these shoes to wear at the office as I wanted something professional-looking without a high heel as the office has stairs. The shoes are very stylish, comfortable in fit and heel height, and the leather lining means no rubbing or soreness. I was able to wear them new for the whole day without discomfort. However, the heel tap wore off in two days of wear. That was disappointing. I suggest that if you buy these shoes, you replace the heel taps before you wear them. I would have given these shoes 5 stars if not for this issue.
