Poor quality

The tips of the heels came off within 5 minutes of wearing the boots. I see now other reviews saying the same thing. I wish I would have read the reviews. Returns are required to be in non-used condition, so I don’t know what to do now.

Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with these booties. I wore them ONE time and both heels completely fell apart. The heel caps came off, exposing the metal pin, making them impossible to walk in. For the price and the brand, I expected way better quality. Definitely not worth it.
