Beautiful from the front, lines very off on back

Really wanted to love this dress as the cut is one of my favorite styles to wear, and I loved the fabric and front slit! The top portion fit perfect, but the seams were off on the bottom and there seemed to be almost an extra pa el if fabric that bubbled out on one side of lower back/waist area that made it simply non wearable.
