Perfect Dress, Perfect Service

I’ve already worn the Ralph Lauren dress and I loved it! The cut and the quality of the fabric make all the difference. I also wanted to take a moment to compliment the customer service. I was still looking for a dress when the store was about to close and the fitting rooms were already closed, but I was approached by an employee, Mina, who kindly helped me try it on, even in the final minutes. She also handled my payment with great courtesy and a cheerful attitude. This happened at the Macy’s in South Coast Plaza.
