The dress was beautiful, but the fit was strange

I usually wear an XS as I'm 5'4" and 112 lbs. I found the sleeves uncomfortable and my arms aren't big.

Poor fit

States petite but tip proportions are all wrong. Arm holes too far down restricting movement and causing dress to pull weirdly. Lift up the shoulders about 2 inches and all fits perfectly. Ordered additional dress from same designer and it fit great. Bummed they didn’t get this one right. Super cute dress
