Soft and flowy!

Such a beautiful flattering dress for anyone that is curvy and petite. UNFORTUNATELY, I can't figure out how to unhook the belt and might have to cut it off since I can't pull over hips or down over my shoulders. Had to cut from dress, intact, to try dress on. I guess I will use another belt.
