Bad customer service, makes me not want to return

This dress is lovely, but getting it was not a great experience. I found it in the store on a mannequin and spent some time searching the store to find the rack of dresses (not by the mannequin) only to find that they didn’t have my size. I found it in the app and ordered it to be shipped. I pulled the dress from the garment bag to find the security tag still attached. I called customer service (this is the only option) only to talk to a computer that tried to “help” me. I finally got transferred to the queue and got a message indicating it would be an 8 - 10 minute wait to talk to a person. The event for the dress came and went and now I have to go back to the store to resolve this. This was the only way to communicate the bad service experience without wasting more of my time.
