Pretty, High Quality Top

Very pretty, high quality, well-fitting top. It almost has a silky texture, beautiful all-season colors and I was happy that it went on sale.

Not the same

I have three of this certain style of sweater in various colors from the past 5 years. This year, the 'fabric' is different...as in slightly scratchy and the sleeves are even a little stiff? Not sure what happened, and loved the colors and fit, but if the fabric is irritating to the skin, the other elements don't matter. Sorry. Can LRL explain what happened?
