very disappointed

I ordered the dress and what they sent me was a totally different and horrible dress. I don't know what's happening, but this is the 3rd time Macy's has sent me the wrong orders. I'm very disappointed. I really liked the dress and they never sent it to me, they didn't even offer me a coupon as compensation for their mistake
