Great Skirt. Fail on Customer Service/Shipping.

Skirt was flattering. My disappointment was that Macy's left the security tag on the garment. My only option was to return it via mail because the closest Macy's to me is more than an 8-hour drive (so I could not visit a store to remove tag) and this skirt was sold out in my size so exchange was not an option AND they would not allow me to ship it back just to remove the tag and return it to me. Only a straight return. Plus, I ordered from another store a top and sweater to go with it, so now I have to return that, too. Such a hassle and a disappointment.
