Horrible Customer service! Item returned

Instead of delivering this item to my house... Macy's delivery dropped it off at the Post office. I went into the Post office and the Postal Manager- showed me he had the package. He told me to notify Macy's to release the package to the Post office and he would put it in a. I called customer service 3- times and their AI tried to give me a Medical alert device. So- I then went into the chat- and told the customer service agent... who told me I was wrong, that they would deliver the package to my house. She was wrong... the package got returned to Macy's. When I called customer service after reading the package was returned- this person said I could re-order and they will refund my item. She told me it was cheaper now! Why would I want to re-order when they cannot correctly send the package the first time! Very disappointing... as my Macys is 45 minutes away. Now ordering on-line is not an option!!

I Have 2 of This Striped Top

I like it so much that I went back and bought another one. I took the sleeves down and it looks even better. I don't know why the other review gave it one star. The fabric is very nice and light. Lay off the backpack. You ruined it.

Poor quality

After wearing this shirt for 8 hours and carrying a backpack, the material is already pilling on the back of the shirt. Very disappointed with the lack of quality.

Why ruin this tee with a pocket?

Why RL chose to ruin this otherwise nice tee with a pocket is anyone's guess. The strips on the pocket don't line up with the ones on the shirt. The error draws attention...unfortunately the wrong kind.
