Avoid at all costs

I would avoid ordering this shoe at all costs, if you wear an average shoe size. My husband ordered this shoe for me (tan, size 9) for Christmas but it was a little large for me. I ordered a half size smaller (tan, 8.5) but when it arrived it was a WORN shoe with worn out heels and worn leather. I was appalled. I returned it and reordered it. The next pair came in in the correct size and box (tan, 8.5) HOWEVER, the shoes inside the box were BLACK and size 7.5. There is no quality control from the Macy's warehouse. I'm extremely disappointed. I'm ordering these directly from Ralph Lauren now.
