Perfect black-tie dress!

Wore this dress to a black tie event and it was perfect. Fits true to size, although I did have to altar the bust as the wrap style was loose on me. I ordered the size 2 and I am 5'5" 130lbs. The ruffle and lace detail are stunning in person.
