Ordered these pillows multiple times with one botched delivery attempt after another. (Delivery times were explicitly spelled out in the shipping instructions, as I receive packages at my box at a UPS Store, but those instructions were ignored.) Ultimately had the pillows re-shipped to a Macy's store for in store pickup. After dealing with customer service a dozen times, I was told I would be refunded but to keep the pillows. I was issued a refund then charged again days later. Nightmare experience!

I like the pillow! Going on a couple of weeks now and still like it. This one pillow replaced two other pillows stacked. It was challenging buying a pillow online without the benefit of touching it in store, but based on the description and other reviews. Took a chance and am pleased. Ended up buying a second pillow for my husband.

Pleasantly surprised with a pillow that’s quite comfy. Hard to choose a pillow online where there’s only product description and reviews for reference. I took a chance and as a side and back sleeper, the first week is great. This pillow replaces two (gone flat) pillows. So far so good.
