Never received

Bought this with a large Rath, Lauren order and never received item. Was hoping to have it when I went on my cruise, and it did not come with the other items in my order. I ended up having to go without it and was very disappointed. I’ve had items missing from my orders before, and I don’t understand they’re fulfillment process and how this happens.
