Poor Customer Service Standards

Product is great. However it was shipped with zero care and when I asked to exchange it with both in store and phone customer service the standard procedure was for them to return the product and call other stores to get them to ship it to the store near me. Sounds like I just got hired to work for Macys for free. When I called a store that had them, they told me they don’t do it. I went ahead and waited for them to come back in stock online. Just got them, this time only about 4 of the total dishes were broke (and we had to pay more for them). At this point, I assume are best option will be to just keep what we have and never order fragile items from Macys again.

Woww, I am delighted with this tableware, super quality, and super nice color. a little heavy, but nothing out of the ordinary. Widely recommended.

Love these dishes, wish they sold replacement pieces! I broke a bowl and the only option for replacement is another four piece set.

I bought 2 sets so I could have service for 8. They are really nice and arrived safe and sound. I love that there are pasta bowls in lieu of mugs. We definitely didn't need anymore mugs! The plates are much larger than other plates. I do wish it was more of a true blue, but it's a bluish-green (teal) color, though still nice. Something I hadn't thought of before I purchased, with the extra bowls I had to use two shelves in my cupboards and move my "fancier" dishes somewhere else. Just something to think about if you are short on space. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

Beautiful set

I looked for a new every day set for a while because I wanted the dinner plate and bowls to be a decent size and this ended up being exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't say the bowls are oversized but its great this set comes with both soup and pasta bowls. They are overall light in color in a pretty shade of green.
