Customer service nightmare

I have no idea how this product is since it was purchased as a bday gift, and has been 'in transit' forever with delivery being delayed repeatedly. After more than a week late, it's time to send my full refund!! The occasion is way past now.

Satisfied/Dissatisfied Customer

I am satisfied with the product I ordered however I was dissatisfied with the delivery. I paid extra money to have my product delivered in 1-2 days and it was not delivered until 7 days later way after Christmas, very disappointed. I emailed Macys about the situation but I never received a reply or the extra money I paid for 1-2 delivery.
