Looked different than pics and more

First, it took nearly two weeks for the item to arrive at my store. Hard to believe considering how big this company is. Second, the email said to pick up the item at a certain store. When I show up there, they redirect me to the other store. The mall has two Macy's. Of course, they are at complete opposite ends of the mall. So, much, walking. Why not send me to the other store in the first place? Finally, when I opened the item, it didn't look like the one pictured on the website. The one on the pic was weathered, mixing blue and black. The one I received was pristine solid blue, no weathering whatsoever. I even compared the codes and they were the same, so not sure what is going on.

Forget it!

I can't believe I spent so much money on such a cheap item. It's hard to get a photo inside, and the back "picture holders" - look at the photo! They're not ashamed to show that these don't even reach the frame. It's ugly to boot. Bad decision on my part.
