Very poor packaging for shipping

I don’t know if it was due to me purchasing this item 12 days before Christmas...but as soon as I picked up the box I knew it arrived shattered. I could hear the pieces jingling inside this bizarre wrapping! It wasn't even a box! No way to ship a picture frame...had to return it.
