Happy with Le Creuset

The BEST Le Creuset piece to own!

There is nothing this braiser can’t do, from scrambling eggs to cooking meatballs and sauce to even sourdough bread! I can cook anything in it! I use it multiple times per week feeding my family of 6. This is my favorite piece from Le Creuset. If you only have 1 pan or 1 Le Creuset, this should be it!

Le Creuset 3.5-Qt. Braiser-First Use

I am excited to say that the color was more vibrant than expected. I first used the pan to saute Italian squash with cheddar cheese added at the end. I was a bit concerned if the cheese would be difficult to clean; however, it was a very easy process and the braiser worked perfectly. I am looking forward to my next cooking experience with this Cast Iron Braiser!
