When you need a larger pot...

Le Creuset continues to be my go-to choice for cooking. My 3 quart round oven was too small for cooking short ribs and other stews for dinner parties. I also have an oval Le Creuset oven, but many of my recipes require cooking on the eye of the range before putting them in the oven. I'm now thrilled to have a 5+ quart deep round oven to braise meats and cook easily on the eye of the range before sliding the whole thing into the oven. One pot does it all!

A beautiful piece of kitchen art!

I have several different size of Le Creuset pots that I have been enjoying cooking with them for many years. This deep 5.25 Quart is perfect size for warming up left over pasta sauce and cooking short ribs. This high quality and beautiful colors make this pot a superb choice! Also you do not have to use even medium heat. Just need low heat setting to heat up frozen sauce and food. What a great pot to cook and enjoy to look at them!!! This pot is one of my essential pots for daily use.
