Reliable and sturdy

My first shipment came damaged and shattered, but Bloomies came through promptly with a replacement and easy return of the defective shipment. So far, this Dutch oven has been the perfect size for a small-sized bird and making huge pots of soup on rainy days. I keep chicken and fish meat frozen, and found that it’s as efficient as my Instant Pot in quickly melting/defrosting them as I start to cook my other ingredients to save time. I bought the copper knobs to match my copper kitchen appliances and pots, and it perfectly matches everything!

Perfect size for my boeuf bourguignon!

I own several LeCreuset pieces but didn’t have an oval Dutch oven . I am in love with this pot. LeCreuset never disappoints!

Wow, who knew

What a great pot. I heard that Le Creuset was an excellent piece of cookware but could not rationalize the price. Since my kids both have two or three- I said what the heck. Now I understand why. The pan heats quickly and evenly. Stays at the correct temperature. Chicken did not burn but browned evenly. Cooks perfectly on the cook top and was able to reheat in oven. Looked great when served on the table as well.
