These are great
I haven't cooked anything fancy in these or with the recipe book but i use them every day for myself for cooking apple slices sprinkled with a little butter and cinnamon sugar for use with all sorts of stuff like pancakes, yogurt, hot cereal, etc. I also slice potatoes also simply flavored and and they come out almost like home fries, also root veggies. Cooking for myself, toaster oven, easy and delicious portions. Easy to clean.

Disappointed
I placed an order for this and received an email a few days later saying the item was out of stock and Macy’s offered a discount on next purchase. I waited a couple days and then tried placing the order again and received the same email and another discount code. I didn’t use either discount code because this wasn’t eligible for the discount. Not worth the effort to try again. I should have looked a the reviews before trying to order this twice.

Perfect size!

5 days after I placed my order Macy's told me the item was out of stock so I never received it. Still working on confirming my credit for the item.

Great item terrible customer service
Item is beautiful but… I recently had a notably disappointing experience with Macy’s customer service. The issue began when I received the item that had been previously opened. This was particularly concerning as the item was intended as a wedding gift for my sister. Expecting a straightforward resolution, I contacted Macy’s for a replacement. Unfortunately, the process became frustratingly convoluted. Initially, I was assured that a replacement would be expedited. However, this promise was quickly contradicted by an email stating that the replacement would only be sent after the return of the original item. Upon further inquiry, I was informed that the item was not available, despite it being listed as available for purchase on their website. This inconsistency in their responses was bewildering. The situation further deteriorated with repeated assurances of availability, followed by claims of unavailability, leading to a cycle of confusion and unfulfilled promises. It was particularly disconcerting that, despite multiple conversations with various representatives, including a supervisor, there was no progress in processing the replacement. Ultimately, after my returned item had been received by their warehouse — a detail never mentioned in the original agreement — I was still left without the replacement. This lack of follow-through led me to opt for a refund instead. The entire experience was marred by inconsistent communication, unkept promises, and a clear lack of coordination within their customer service team including one of those conversations being with the supervisor. It was disheartening, especially considering I love Macys but I will not be shopping here until they get their customer service in order.
