We love ours

This dutch oven has been a great addition to our cooking lineup. It is great for making large batches (we have a family of 5 and can get leftovers from this), roasting a large piece of meat or poultry, or baking a large loaf of bread. My favorite so far is to start by browning a roast, set it aside and cook some onion, add some veggies and cook a bit more, then a splash of liquid return the roast and place it in the oven. When it comes out rest the roast and serve veggies from the dutch oven or, better yet, set the veggies aside too and use the fond to make a great sauce!
