They make gorgeous soufflés!

I love these mini cocottes! They are beautiful and durable. I bought four of them in the Sea Salt color— it is gorgeous. The first thing I did with them was make four individual soufflés for a Sunday breakfast. The soufflés looked beautiful in the cocottes and everyone enjoyed having their own soufflé. There are so many dishes I can’t wait to try with these!

Aaaah the Things one could make.

Purchased 2 in white. So many ways to use this small size. Oven to table or simply keep soup warm. So many colors it was hard to choose.
