emerald pantsuit by Le Suit

In all of my years of shopping at Macys I have never received such poor service. I ordered and paid for a green pant suit by Le suit but received a gray pinstriped one. Ordered item online . I was informed by customer service that i would receive refund in 5-7 business days, not enough time to replace the item with the refund. When asked for consideration for the pant suit ,was informed that I can only receive $10. credit. Since i do not intend to shop at Macys again the $10. credit is useless to me. Was informed nothing else can be done for me. I WILL NOT SHOP AT YOUR STORE(MACYS) AGAIN AND I WILL SEE TO IT NO ONE ELSE I KNOW SHOPS AGAIN.
