Nice suit but odd sizing

I am 5'4" and 135lbs. The size 4 was too big in the jacket and the length was comically long, even with heels. I returned for a 2 petite, which is a bit too small in the waist of the pants, but the jacket fits perfectly. I got the Bright Navy and it is a beautiful color.
