Buyer beware if purchasing jewelry from Macy’s

If you order jewelry on Macys website, please be aware that it may not come from Macy’s. I ordered two bands, one came from Macys (perfect), the other came from another company (Bloomingdale’s), not perfect. Macy’s customer service was a nightmare to deal with to get the paperwork that should have come with the second ring.

Ok ring but not as pictured

This ring is OK but looks very different from the online pictures. The blue sapphires are very tiny and not as nice as in the photos. This is a standard problem with buying online. But the gold in the ring is unusual because shines like a mirror and in bright light it makes it difficult to even see the stone. The gold in the pictures looks like a satin finish, like most gold rings I have seen. This one is clearly different. I wish Le Vian would use pictures that are more true to the real life ring
