Only wanted one

Lovely pendant, but Macys have sent me TWO. The sort of thing where one is plenty, but the store return policy won't accept a return for the second - although the mistake was not mine. Not the only time. I ordered 2 pair of trousers lately. Received two of each in one shipment, and two of the other in another shipment. Fine, unless one wants to have to pay for 2 of everything. Not great.
