Pendant is beautiful. I bought this in store. The emerald is a nice green color and not too cloudy. Love the different diamond colors. Gives it a little different than the usual emerald and diamond pendant. The sales associate was very helpful and patiently showed me everything I wanted to see.

Bought ring as well as had replacement because not as pictured. The replacement still was not up to par. I returned both to the store and the manager was rude and it took forever even though I had started both returns online. This is why I have decided to never buy jewelry again from Macy’s and will try to not buy from here again if I can get elsewhere. I don’t like to be treated subparly by a manager for returning something. By the way, I am a platinum member. The problem was not that the ring really did not meet expectations as much as Macy’s customer in store service.

So I was very excited to get it on a huge sale but I feel like it looks bigger on the photos and is more delicate and daintier in person. I got it in larger size to wear on the middle finger, but it makes less of a statement than i expected. (Might resize it for the ring finger, so it looks better.) The description on the website says 3/4 (or 0.75) of a carat for the centerpiece emerald but per documents attached, it's 0.70. (Not a huge deal, but still). The band is thinner than i expected it with delicate diamonds. I love how it sparkles and will keep it due to a huge sale and the brand value.

The earrings came with a velvet pouch but were rattling around inside the box, outside of the pouch. For an item of this price, there should at least be a box included that holds the earrings properly.
