More beautiful than expected

I was afraid this ring would be too gaudy looking but I really wanted this London blue topaz ring. I purchased it in white gold & it’s absolutely gorgeous. It’s feminine & just the right size. I love it & would buy it again. I also love that it came in my size 9 & I didn’t have to wait or send it off for sizing.

Extremely Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of three Le Vian pieces from Macy’s. Two arrived in generic boxes and the most expensive came in a ziplock bag. Only one included a certificate of authenticity. For fine jewelry at this price point, proper packaging and certificates should be standard. I contacted customer service and was transferred five times with no resolution. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional and quite insulting—especially for such expensive items. Macy’s needs to do better.
