Extremely Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of three Le Vian pieces from Macy’s. Two arrived in generic boxes and the most expensive came in a ziplock bag. Only one included a certificate of authenticity. For fine jewelry at this price point, proper packaging and certificates should be standard. I contacted customer service and was transferred five times with no resolution. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional and quite insulting—especially for such expensive items. Macy’s needs to do better.

My new favorite ring!

LeVian have always had some of the best rings, and I absolutely adore this one in the gold/Blue topaz. Fits beautifully, and comfortable to wear. Can't go wrong!
