Poorest return policy ever

Will not honor their mistakes of sending wrong ring. This is not the ring I ordered, but a lace to give me an opportunity to tell my story. I’ll never buy fine jewelry from Macy’s ever And they lost a very good customer. I’m sorry, but I feel people should know.
