necklace

Every time I buy jewelry online from Macy’s, I get very frustrated. Their packaging is very careless. Delicate necklaces are not placed in plastic bags but instead put directly into black velvet pouches. The chains end up tangled and knotted together, and I have to spend a lot of time untangling them.
