DO NOT BUY ONLINE AND HAVE ITEMS DELIVERED

Item not received due to delivered to incorrect place. Contacted customer service numerous times and each time a follow up was promised but no one ever follows up. Email sent about it and just receives responses that request is not approved. Buyer beware of buying anything offline from Macys due to they do not replace or refund when it is delivered to wrong place (which is not your fault).

very small!

I saw this necklace at another jewelry store and was excited when I saw it it on sale here at Macy’s. When I received it, I realized it was a much smaller version of the necklace I saw previously. It’s very pretty, but I didn’t think it was worth the price.

Very satisfied with my Le Vian fire and ice pendant. Quality gems, gold and craftsmanship, 10/10…..

Beautiful craftsmanship, the pendant is surprisingly a good weight. Very satisfied with my Le Vian fire and ice pendant. If you’re thinking of buying a LeVain product, do it.

Not Just The Same Old Heart Pendant
