This is a very pretty ring however this size did not fit. This item was received back on January 12th 2026 . The process that Macy's uses to handle a return and get a refund is extremely poor. They have had this item for a week now. I still have not received a refund. very poor management. I have called repeatedly concerned about this. There is not a Macy's near where I live and I didn't want to drive on a icy highways to get to Macy's. I mailed the item back still waiting for refund. Unfortunately this is sitting on my credit card occurring interest. Very unhappy with Macy's handling of their returns. beware of this when buying items it is a hassle to get your refund if the item does not work out.

Fail

The First order got lost in delivery process, tracking number said wrong address...two weeks of delivery misery. The Second order of same ring came up as fraud ....ask not to order again until 5 to 7 days. No Ring
