    My 5th LeVian ring purchase, Happy, Happy!

    reluctantly ordering online, it came perfect as I had always purchased in the store. My store in Poughkeepsie NY has less Levian choices.

    Product and service

    The product is beautiful. The only concern I had was with the online process and certificate. After ordering two of the same items online, I received two different packaging for the products that were not ideal. One was in a pouch and no box even. A certificate the LeVian warranty was not included and no instructions were given to get it. The only reason why I knew there was supposed to be a certificate for LeVian products is because I spoke to an employ about the products in the past. Going to the store and going through the process to receive quality boxes for the items and the certificate was not very convenient and defeats the purpose of ordering online.
